  • Be Fit Cherie is a virtual fitness center. We offer LIVE fitness classes 7 days a week, as well as on-demand classes, 1:1 coaching, topic talks, how-to-guides, and other great resources.

    Classes include: Total Body Fitness, Cardio Strength, Cycle Plus, and Pilates.

    Our mission is to help you achieve optimal health at any age or fitness level.

    Our virtual fitness center lets you improve your health and fitness from the comfort of your own home (or anywhere in the world)!

    1. Consistent, high-quality experience: Cherie has over 20 years of live fitness teaching experience with people of all ages and abilities. She also carefully selects guest instructors with the same excellent qualifications. Traditional gyms tend to have a high turnover rate, which can lead to inconsistent class quality. We offer the best!

    2. Instructors that motivate: Cherie & team’s energy and motivational skills easily pop through the screen! Between the encouragement and good music, it’s easy to stay on track in class.

    3. Save time: There’s no need to hop in the car and spend lots of time going back and forth to the gym. And although you’ll need to dress for exercise, your “get-ready” time for a virtual class is much shorter!

    4. Save money: Our memberships start at $45/month; industry rates for a single fitness class are $35/class, so our memberships are an excellent value. You’ll also save big on gas and other transportation costs.

    5. Great for introverts and extroverts: In a virtual class, your level of social interaction is up to you! And although we encourage participants to have their camera on during class, it’s not required.

    6. Make it personal: Like traditional gyms, we offer 1:1 coaching and other VIP resources!

    7. Fewer germs: Whether or not there’s a pandemic going on, fitness at home is more hygienic.

    8. Trying new things: Have you ever wanted to try a class at a gym but felt too embarrassed? Our classes are the perfect way to try something new without worry!

    9. Or do both: Although Be Fit Cherie offers everything you need for fitness, a few members keep traditional gyms too. We can also advise on the best machines for your home gym.

  • There are thousands of great on-demand fitness videos out there (including ours)! But in our 20+ years of experience, we’ve seen that attending live classes (whether virtual or in-person) helps people better commit to their health and fitness routine.

    Why? There’s a psychological component of starting a set time, having a shared experience with other people (even virtually), and a greater sense of accountability. A live instructor is also more motivating for most people, and they also offer real-time advice along the way.

    When possible, attend our live classes! Use our on-demand classes as a great alternative.

  • We offer a wonderful variety of classes, including Total Body Fitness, Cardio Strength, Cycle Plus, Pilates Strength, and Strengh & Kickboxing. View class descriptions and the schedule here!

  • Choose your Membership level: Basic, Premium, or VIP. All 3 levels offer access to all of our LIVE virtual classes, 7 days a week!

    Premium adds access to our on-demand library of courses.

    VIP adds 1:1 coaching, email support and more.

  • For most classes, dumbells are recommended but not required. Most people begin with 3 -5 lb dumbells and increase as they wish. However, if you don’t have dumbells, we always show or describe modified exercises using bodyweight, or you can even use things like water bottles or household items!

    An exercise mat is always a good idea, too, as well as a nearby chair.

    For Cycle Plus, a stationary bike (or bike trainer) is recommended, but the fitness training drills in this class are adaptable to any kind of cardiovascular equipment. For example, some participants have used a stairclimber, rower, or treadmill. Please contact us if you would like recommendations on purchasing a bike or any kind of equipment.

  • Be Fit Cherie is a monthly membership subscription starting at $45/month. (Industry rates for a single fitness class are $35/class, so our memberships are an excellent value.) You can change plans or cancel anytime. View our Membership Terms & Conditions.

  • No; instead we offer a very reasonable monthly rate so that you can attend as many classes as you wish. Even if you only attend 1 class/week with our Basic Membership, that’s less than $12/class, which is an incredible value!

  • Zoom can be used on a variety of systems and devices, including Windows, Apple, and Chromebook “desktops” as well as mobile devices. Please go to Zoom to see details.

  • With the computer or other device you’d like to use to join the class, log into your membership area and click the button for the latest Zoom link to join any class.

    If you have Zoom installed/accessible on your computer or mobile device, you should land in the waiting room.

    If you don’t yet have Zoom installed/accessible, you’ll be prompted with instructions by Zoom. As a courtesy, here’s a link to the Zoom help guide.

  • Be Fit Cherie is not responsible nor liable for any internet connectivity or any other technical issues or difficulties on your behalf on any device, nor data charges from your internet and/or data provider. Be Fit Cherie does not offer technical support or assistance during the class. We do not offer refunds for connectivity or other technical issues or difficulties on your behalf on any device.

  • During live classes and other forums, please be respectful and courteous to fellow Be Fit Cherie members. Be Fit Cherie reserves the right to remove anyone from a live class at any time for inappropriate behavior.

    It is recommended that you use a camera so that the instructor can see you and help with guidance during the class if needed. However, it’s not required.

    After initial greetings, it’s best to for participants to mute their microphones. This helps reduce distracting background noise. At any time, participants may ask a question.

  • It is recommended that you use a camera so that the instructor can see you and help with guidance during the class if needed. However, it’s not required. Some of our participants just say hello and then turn off their own video, and some stay visible. It’s up to you!

  • Yes! Although we encourage staring on time, feel free to join anytime during a live class. Mute your microphone as a courtesy.

  • Please read our disclaimer before becoming a member.

    During any live class, please work out at your own pace and comfort level. Be Fit Cherie instructors consistently discuss or show modifications to various exercises.

    If you feel you need medical assistance during the class, please immediately call 911. Since we are in a virtual class with participants from around the country, and because we have multiple participants whose cameras and/or microphones may or may not be on, we are unable to correctly evaluate and assist you in the event of a medical emergency.

    We advise all participants to keep their phone within reach during a live class. We are not responsible nor liable for any participant’s medical issues or emergencies. Participants must acknowledge this as well as this disclaimer upon joining as a Member.

  • To upgrade or downgrade your plan, first log in to your account and cancel your current plan; then join a new plan. If you’re canceling in order to change plans, please contact us regarding the cost of overlapping time. (If you’re canceling and not changing plans, refunds are not provided.)

  • Memberships can be household licenses within reason. If two or more people in the same household would like to attend the live classes together and/or use the membership account together, we ask that they be from the same household. If you want to have separate membership log-ins, you’ll need to purchase separate memberships. For the VIP Membership level, the 1:1 coaching is for 1 person in the household only. If each person in the household wants the VIP Membership level 1:1 coaching, please purchase separate memberships.

  • You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account at http://befitcherie.com and following the steps to cancel. We do not issue refunds for unused time or pro-rate membership days. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged again on your former monthly charge date.
