Class Descriptions

Body movement, strength training, core stability and balance will be included in this fun workout. We will end this class with a gentle stretch. A perfect class for beginners to advanced. Strength exercises can be done with your body weight or dumbbells if you have them.

Cardiovascular endurance building classes which can be completed on ANY type of cardiovascular fitness equipment which has repetitive motion. I will coach you through a great workout on any type of equipment you have!  Joining these classes even just for 20 or 30 minutes is absolutely encouraged!

Strength training mixed with splashes of cardio movement, the best of both worlds! Learn proper form and execution of many different exercises, emphasis on strength and alignment. Strength exercises can be done with your body weight or dumbbells if you have them.

Pilates-based strength, core and balance training techniques will be utilized in this gentle full body workout. Strength exercises can be done with your body weight or light dumbbells if you have them.

Strength training mixed with splashes of kickboxing. Learn proper form and execution of many different strength and kickboxing exercises. Strength exercises can be done with your body weight or dumbbells if you have them. Guest instructor Linda Leung teaches the kickboxing sections.

Join instructor Linda Leung as we strengthen and lengthen the whole body. We’ll strengthen with body weight and optional hand weights, and lengthen with gentle yoga-inspired flows.
