I am a fitness expert and inspirational coach! I have been living, breathing, and teaching fitness and healthy lifestyle habits for over 30 years!

The human body is meant to move and each of us must strive to move our bodies every day. Healthy living does not just happen, it takes commitment and routine. Helping people build a solid foundation of basic nutrition and exercise habits is what I was made for! I believe I am on this planet to serve and teach others to live healthy active lives!

My health and fitness adventure started years ago and has served me well through many of life’s challenges. Teaching thousands of group exercise classes and studying clients’ nutritional habits has helped me discover that exercising daily and eating simple nutritious food is the greatest gift we can give to ourselves!

Moving your body every day and creating healthy eating habits is not as tough as you may think, however, there is no “magic pill”. A strong, healthy body is a work in progress every day; it requires your mind to be ALL IN on the journey of YOU and YOUR WELLBEING!
