I love that quote! First, plan for consistency. Plan to exercise and eat well every day. Next, don’t worry if what you’re doing doesn’t feel “great” — if you have a bad workout, or if you got off track with your healthy food for a meal (or a day), or if you still feel so far away from your ideal weight. The most important thing is to keep trying, consistently.

Some days will feel “greater’ than others! Focus less on how you feel about it, and more about whether or not you’re being consistent. Consistency builds habits … that soon will feel like brushing your hair or any other consistent thing you do every day!
