You can take our classes from the comfort of your own home! The beauty of our online classes is that you can do as much or as little as you want. Even if it’s a 45-minute class, it’s great to start with 5 - 10 minutes; observe, tune in to your body and move however much feels right! If you’re in a live class with us, you’re not obligated to turn on your camera or microphone. No one’s judging., and we’ll be so happy to help you get started. You’ll see and hear the encouragement and energy of the instructor. It’s okay to take your time and build up confidence in daily movement!
